OUR PROGRAMS
Championing trades and technology as a career choice for Canadians
The CITAC Initiative is a sector of Aboriginal Skills Employment Training Strategy; a department of Shuswap Nation Tribal Council.
We have trades consultants who provide outreach services to the Merritt, Lillooet, Lytton, Salmon Arm, Barriere, Chase, Ashcroft, Clearwater and Kamloops area. To meet with a trades’ consultant the first step is to meet with an Employment Counselor in your area to develop a Return To Work Action Plan. The Employment Counselor will refer the client to CITAC so that we can work with the client to develop a trade career action plan.
